Creating an estate plan is simple. At our initial meeting, we will discuss your planning needs, review your intake form, go over applicable laws, and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss various considerations that may helpful in this legal process.
Once we have met and considered the applicable Washington and federal laws as it relates to your goals, your plan will be drafted into customized documents.
Plan documents may include, but not limited to:
- Last Will and Testament
- Durable Power of Attorney for Finances and Property
- Health Care Directive (Living Will) and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
- Disposition of Remains Authorization
A final meeting will take place shortly after the drafting stage to execute your finalized documents.
